There has been a workshop at 266 Osborne Avenue for more than twenty years, run for most of that time by Theo. The address has the history. We are the new management, and we took it on because the place already had something worth keeping.

Yes, by booking. Weekends run on confirmed jobs only and cost the same as a weekday. Ring or text 0434 949 091 the day before and we will tell you what we can fit in.

Do I need to book?

Ring first. The workshop runs on booked jobs, so a car that turns up unannounced waits behind the ones that were expected.

Will you quote before doing the work?

Yes. Nothing beyond the work you agreed to happens without a phone call first.

Will servicing here void my new car warranty?

No. Under Australian Consumer Law a manufacturer cannot void your warranty because an independent workshop did the servicing, provided the schedule is followed and the parts are of appropriate quality. There is a full explanation on our warranty page.

Do you stamp logbooks?

Yes, stamped and dated, with the work itemised on the invoice. Keep both together.
